On Wednesday, April 1st, I was on my way home from work and took Valley View Rd home (shortest route) and ended up being hit by another car. Witnesses tell me that the driver of the other vehicle consistently tried to convince others on scene that I had crossed into her lane and struck her, although the point of impact and constant drag of her tire, stopping at her car, clearly showed who was at fault. The other driver was arrested on scene and was charged with DUI and Violation Implied Consent Law (refused to take the breathalizer test).
